Military Orders:

We ship to APO & FPO addresses. However, please note that the US Postal Service does not offer tracking on military orders, and delivery can take up to eight weeks. If you receive a package that is damaged, please report it to us within 24 hours of receipt and take it to the military postal unit and file a report.

Order Processing Time:

All orders are processed within 24 hours.

Delivery Time:

Mail may take 4-6 business days from the time your order is placed until you receive your shipment. All orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service.

Order Cancellation:

You may cancel your order anytime after placing it, but prior to processing time. Maximum time between order placement and our processing time is 24 hours.

Secure Online Ordering:

Rest assured that ordering on our web site is secure. All transactions take place over 100% secure, SSL encrypted server.

Payment Methods:

For your convenience, we accept all major credit or debit cards, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover as well as PayPal and electronic debits.

International Orders:

Our preferred method of postal delivery for international orders is Global Mail Priority from the U.S. Postal Service. The fee for this service is a standard $20 US Dollars per order and generally takes 10-18 business days to arrive. However, please note that in some cases, customs may delay delivery in certain countries and it may take as long as 3-4 weeks to be delivered. We do not profit from shipping, the rate charged is a discounted rate that we pass on to our customers.

All prices listed are in U.S. dollars. When you pay by credit card, the credit card company will calculate the exchange rate and include it in your monthly statement.

IMPORTANT – Customs Policies:

Please note that it is very important for you to familiarize yourself with the policies and regulations of your country’s Customs office before ordering as your Customs office may not permit the shipment of our products or your order may be subject to high import duties, delivery being delayed or returned to us. It is your responsibility to pay all duties, taxes or tariffs on any international order.

Please note that when ordering from a company outside your country, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods. Any fees charged to us due to non-compliance with your country’s laws and regulations will be charged to you.

Package Returns:

If the package is returned to us due to non-compliance issues we will issue a refund or credit for the purchase price paid less shipping costs as well as any other charges incurred such as quarantine fees, or warehousing fees assessed by customs in your country as long as the products are returned to us in a sellable condition (undamaged and sealed). If the bottle has been opened or damaged, you will be refunded 75% of the purchase price paid minus any other applicable charges as noted above.

If the package is returned to us due to an address error made by you or the items ordered are not allowed into the country by customs, you will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with the return of the package. Additionally, if the package is abandoned, we will not refund you for the order.
